Vat Phou is not a quick photo stop. This day gives time for the museum, the long sacred causeway and the climb to the holy spring — then Champasak town and a two-hour boat back to Pakse on the Mekong. The most complete cultural day trip from Pakse.
- Full visit of Vat Phou UNESCO World Heritage Site
- Hong Nang Sida (12th-century Khmer sanctuary)
